Terms and conditions

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating a workspace or an employee portal account, you agree to these terms. If you're creating a workspace on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms for that business.

2. What OPleo is

OPleo is a business operations workspace covering invoicing, financial records, attendance tracking (including biometric device integration), payroll calculation, and an employee self-service portal.

3. Accounts

Two kinds of accounts exist: workspace administrator accounts, created at sign-up, and employee portal accounts, which only become available once a workspace administrator adds an employee's portal email to their record. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

4. Your data and content

You retain ownership of the business, invoice, and employee data you enter into your workspace. You're responsible for the accuracy of that data. We provide the tools; you and your workspace remain responsible for your business's tax and regulatory compliance.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use OPleo to store or process data you don't have the right to hold, including another business's records.
• Attempt to access another workspace's data, or to circumvent the isolation between workspaces.
• Use the service to violate any applicable law, including labor or data protection law.
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the service, including attendance devices connected to other workspaces.

6. Attendance devices and third-party hardware

If you connect biometric attendance devices, you're responsible for the hardware itself, its network configuration, and for informing your employees that attendance is tracked this way. OPleo processes the punch data your devices report; we don't manufacture or warrant third-party hardware.

7. Employee portal

An employee's portal account only exists to serve the employer who added their portal email. Access can be limited or removed by that employer at any time by changing the employee's record. OPleo is not a party to the employment relationship between a workspace and its employees.

8. Fees

Fees, if any, for your workspace are as described at sign-up or in your agreement with us. We'll give reasonable notice before changing pricing for an active workspace.

9. Termination

You can stop using OPleo and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a workspace that violates these terms, including for accessing or attempting to access data outside that workspace.

10. Disclaimers

OPleo is provided "as is." We work to keep the service reliable, but we don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not a substitute for your own tax or legal advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bridge Homies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of OPleo, including losses related to tax filings, payroll calculations, or attendance data, beyond amounts you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continuing to use OPleo after an update means you accept the revised terms.
